Asian Spagetti Salad pk Cooked spaghetti
1/2 c Carrots; raw, sliced
1/2 c Plum tomatoes; raw, diced
1/4 c Scallions; raw, sliced
1 cn Black Olives; small pitted
Dressing
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Italian dressing
2 ts Sesame seed oil
1 Garlic clove; crushed
1/4 ts White pepper
1/4 ts Ginger; grated
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl - refrigerate for at least 2 hours - add additional soy sauce or Italian dressing if needed.
