Dry Marinade

3 T Brown sugar
1 t Salt
3/4 t Ground tumeric
1/4 t Dry mustard
1 1/2 t Paprika
3/4 t Monosodium glutamate
1/4 t Celery seed

Combine ingredients and use for marinade for spare ribs and pork.
