Piri-piri Chinese Hot Sauce 1/2 c Sherry
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/2 ts Powdered ginger
1/2 ts Sugar
6 Piri-piri chopped, seeds and all
2 cl Garlic
Sesame oil
Put the chopped chiles in oil and fry til brown, add chopped garlic and fry it a while. Then add everything else, bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for a few minutes. Strain, cool and store.
